At The Sauce Forge, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality homemade hot sauces and related products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or broken, we are happy to replace it. To process a replacement, please provide proof of purchase along with evidence of the damage (e.g., photographs). Once we receive this information, we will assess the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable. If we are unable to replace your order due to stock limitations we will happily refund you.
